1. Definitions

  • Customer, Guest, Traveller, or You refers to any individual booking or participating in our services.
  • Services include tours, transportation, accommodation, excursions, airport transfers, customized itineraries, and any travel-related arrangements provided by the Company.

2. Booking Policy

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
  • Written confirmation issued by the Company.
  • Availability of all requested services.

The Company reserves the right to decline any booking before confirmation.


3. Payments

  • Prices are quoted in the currency specified in your quotation or invoice.
  • Full payment must be completed before the commencement of travel unless otherwise agreed.
  • Additional bank charges, international transfer fees, or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Prices

All prices are subject to change until your booking has been confirmed.

Prices may vary due to:

  • Government taxes
  • Exchange rate fluctuations
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Supplier price increases
  • National park entrance fee revisions
  • Other unforeseen operational costs

Confirmed bookings will not be affected unless government-imposed changes require adjustments.


5. Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation charges may apply:

  • More than 21 days before arrival: Deposit may be non-refundable.
  • 18–20 days before arrival: Up to 50% cancellation fee.
  • 15–17 days before arrival: Up to 75% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 14 days before arrival or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.

Certain hotels, airlines, or third-party suppliers may have separate cancellation policies.


6. Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking due to:

  • Natural or nuclear disasters
  • Flight Cancellation
  • Threat of war
  • Threat of terrorists
  • Political unrest
  • Industrial disputes
  • Civil protests
  • Government restrictions
  • Health emergencies
  • Pandemic situations
  • Insufficient participation
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where possible, suitable alternatives or refunds for unused Company-operated services will be offered.


7. Changes to Bookings

Changes requested after confirmation are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Additional supplier charges
  • Administrative fees

Major itinerary changes requested by customers may require a new quotation.


8. Travel Documents

Customers are solely responsible for obtaining:

  • Valid passport
  • Required visas
  • Travel permits
  • Vaccination certificates
  • Health documentation
  • Travel insurance documentation

The Company accepts no responsibility for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.


9. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Insurance should include:

  • Medical expenses
  • Emergency evacuation
  • Trip cancellation
  • Personal accident
  • Loss of baggage
  • Flight delays
  • Personal liability

The Company shall not be responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.


10. Health & Fitness

Customers must ensure they are physically fit for the selected tour or activity.

Any medical conditions, allergies, disabilities, or dietary requirements must be disclosed before travel.

The Company reserves the right to decline participation if a traveler’s condition could endanger themselves or others.


11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Follow local laws and regulations.
  • Respect local customs and traditions.
  • Follow the instructions of guides and drivers.
  • Treat vehicles, hotels, and equipment responsibly.
  • Respect wildlife and protected environments.

Customers are responsible for any damage caused through negligence or misconduct.


12. Accommodation

Hotel classifications are determined by local authorities or suppliers.

If a booked hotel becomes unavailable, the Company reserves the right to provide accommodation of a similar standard.

Specific room requests cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.


13. Transportation

Transportation schedules may change due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • Mechanical issues
  • Traffic conditions
  • Government regulations

The Company will make reasonable efforts to minimize inconvenience.


14. Tour Itinerary

Tour itineraries are intended as a guide.

The Company reserves the right to alter:

  • Attractions
  • Accommodation
  • Transportation
  • Activities

when necessary for safety, operational reasons, or circumstances beyond our control.


15. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Civil unrest
  • War
  • Government actions
  • Airline disruptions
  • Extreme weather
  • Strikes

16. Limitation of Liability

The Company acts as an intermediary between customers and independent service providers including hotels, airlines, transport operators, and activity providers.

While reasonable care is taken in selecting suppliers, the Company is not liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Death
  • Property damage
  • Lost luggage
  • Delays
  • Missed connections
  • Supplier failures
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected service where permitted by applicable law.


17. Customer Conduct

The Company reserves the right to terminate a customer’s participation without refund if the customer:

  • Behaves aggressively or abusively.
  • Violates local laws.
  • Endangers other travellers.
  • Damages property.
  • Fails to comply with guide instructions.

18. Photography & Marketing

Unless otherwise requested in writing, the Company may use photographs or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes.

Customers who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should inform the Company before the tour begins.


19. Privacy

Personal information is collected only for the purpose of:

  • Booking travel services
  • Providing customer support
  • Legal compliance
  • Improving our services

Customer information will not be sold to third parties.

20. Intellectual Property

  • Images
  • Logos
  • Graphics

21. Complaints

If you experience any issues during your trip, please notify your guide or our office immediately to allow us an opportunity to resolve the matter.

Written complaints should be submitted within 14 days after completion of your tour.


22. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.


23. Acceptance

By confirming a booking or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
